Macros

Hi so to my knowledge the usual stuff (/oos, logout etc.) is tolerated by GGG.
I've been wondering however if some other stuff is OK.
Example, I want to write a macro that would automatically cycle through 5 - 10 main trade channels and write "WTS xyz" on all of them. Yes, this will turn me into spam bot for a while but I would do it manually as well, it would just take more time. (The same concept as logout or /oos macro)
I also know that there is hard silence for x seconds if you spam trading message. (about 10 times it is?) So GGG kinda covered that.
But if i go below the spam limit with macro is it ok then?

The rule for macros is that it only performs one action. In theory, that means creating a macro for trade spam would be legal, assuming you mean that you press a button to type a message.

what i meant was: press a button, write a message to 5 trade rooms at once.
From what you wrote that isnt allowed then (multiple messages (actions) written), right?

No, you can't send them to multiple trade rooms at once. You could instead make a message and enter each trade room individually in order to do so, though.

The trade channel thing is bannable, if I recall correctly from previous statements.

yet it's painstakingly obvious that many people use trade macros and I hate every one of them.

Trade macros aren't allowed under the spamming rules.
