My first thought was that those removed comments were kept in a separate moderator-only forum so that they could look over them whenever they needed a laugh.
Then I actually considered what some of those removed comments would be like... Maybe the moderators keep them whenever they're feeling too happy? For some reason. Most likely the removed comments are transferred to a separate server which they then go 'Office Space' on during their lunch break.
