Permanent (Rejuvenation) Totem Notification

Came across a new(?) bug a little while back, my rejuvenation totem was created, dint show up on the screen (nor gave any regen benefit) but the notification icon on the top left that indicates the presence of the totem along with its HP bar, refused to go away (for more than a minute) until I recasted the skill to bring up a new totem.


My screenshot regarding this bug sadly seems to have become corrupted...it isnt opening in any editor or reader (Photoshop, Nero...not even in MSpaint) and I dont even know why since its file size is 2.98MB and not 0.01 or some fragmented dump number.



But what I do remember about the bug, was that I leap slammed on an area on the ground that was made up of cracked plates, inside vall ruins level 2, and casted the totem on that spot. It could have something to do with the terrain mesh/unevenness or also could be related to something completely different. But if I can replicate this bug again I`ll try to get more screenshots regarding the problem.
