Lesser Multiple Projectiles Gem Won't Level Up

Currently level 31 Ranger with 202 Dexterity with a recently purchased LMP gem slotted in my bow. It is connected to my Poison arrow and Burning Arrow gems. For some reason, it is stuck at 81,983 and will not let me level it. It was at 81,983 when I bought it. Please help!!

Same problem here (Fork Gem, but otherwise the same). What is the solution?

get more stats?, every time you level a gem the stat requirement goes up, either that or you are not high enough level to obtain the next level of the gem.
