Ok My character is a lv 28 Main Att Split arrow and poison arrow i was wondering if i am having trouble killing bosses becouse my build is not all the way finished or did i make major mistakes?

Your posted tree has 98 points allocated, so you must have posted the wrong tree.
If you want to pursue a poison arrow build, then you should follow a posted build in the Ranger forum. You could also have ineffective gear, which will also make it very hard for you to succeed. |

Anything left to IR is useless, as well as flask nodes.
If you want a poison build, focus on projectile and chaos damage, and damage over time, something like that. And as Skywalkerfx said, there are some examples in the ranger section. Ranger builds list: /917964
