So I reset my login info to get the chance to post on the forums yesterday, and now when I log in I don't have characters. I'm guessing this is because of some very amusing detail of the account creation process wherein changing my login info gave me a NEW account. Somehow.
I'd love to get those characters back. |

Sorry for the confusion - there should be no need to change your login information to post on the forums. This has created a conflict with your login information, but I've resolved it and you should be able to access your original account and its characters now.
