Returning Player; Questions/Advice

Hello everyone. I've been a supporter since closed beta, and am just now returning and WOW. Lots of new content. I've decided that I'm going to play with one of the new characters, the SCION, but I am starting anew in the new Ambush League. I do not have any gear and was wondering what the best/cheapest build would be to start essentially brand new in the Ambush League with no gear, something that I could use end game to farm decent gear and work my way up to the more expensive builds.

I was looking at the Elemental Buzzsaw/Blood Magic Flame Totem/PewPewPew's Incinerate Build. I'm more of a ranged style player. Any advice you could offer for a direction I should look to would be greatly appreciated.
