Loading into instance issue

About 95% of the time when i try to progress into a new instance it kicks me from the game to the log in screen and posts at the bottom left hand corner: "Failed to connect to instance." Does anyone have any idea why this is happening to me over and over and over and freaking over again. Its annoying being belief to load into an instance get the the next point and maybe even the next point and bam i get kicked to the log in screen when trying to get to the next area. I can't progress past Act 1 because of this. I've grouped up with friends and tried going around Act 1, but that doesn't work. I've completely uninstalled/reinstalled, that doesn't work either. The PackCheck doesn't work as well. I have no idea if this is an bug or what, but i would love to actually play this game for more than 20mins before getting kicked to the damn log in screen. Thanks
