[Not a Bug] SHIELD CHARGE CANNOT HIT MOVING ENEMIES

Tested it very thoroughly and came to a upsetting conclusion that shield charge can only hit targets sitting still. If you even run slowly away it charges to your position and by the time it gets there u have moved and it hits air. It needs a different aiming mechanic to progress in several stages to actually hit the moving enemy instead of stopping short. PLEASE TEST AND VERIFY, I really wish shield charge one day will actually be functional and not completely worthless/broken : (

I tested this in 1v1 pvp not during PvE
the build has RT so it never misses, but the enemy can "dodge" attacks or block still so I didnt use a shield. SHield charge could be possibly bugged vs acrobatics this is a possibility. I will have to try with a char that doesnt have acro.

Shield charge should definitely be a homing skill. Its utility as a gap closer really suffers due to its straight moving nature.
Also, considering the skill can be evaded these days it could actually make it valuable in melee.
if they cant fix it atleast make it so when you overshoot your target and run past the enemy thats moving, they take damage instead of just pushing them to the side. The skill needs reworking, its one of the most broken skills in the game and it has so much potential. Please GGG let us know what you think!

I also agree that shield charge should at the very least damage any enemies it passes through.
In a realistic environment, if you are rapidly charging forward with a shield in hand, anything in your path is going to be damaged in some way - not just merely knocked aside.

I've tested this on several occasions in the PvP arena and in duels. Any response from Grinding Gear would be appreciated.

how do u know this is intended? Pretty sure u dont know. Even Henry_GGG isnt sure. GGG can move this post there when they determine whether its a bug or not, I will let them be the officials around here.
