Quick question before I create a build guide ((BLENDER))

I'm thinking it would be interesting to have cyclone + endurance charge on melee stun + .... slotted together to stack endurance charges quickly (I plan on using an axe) for survivability.


Before I get hog-wild speccing into that build, can someone throw that skill combo together for me quick and verify that cyclone will generate endurance charges? Pretty Please? I promise I'll make a build guide for it once I'm finished.

Nevermind, I did it myself. Cyclone does indeed proc charges

But why would u do that ? You can just use CwdT or cast it yourself if u so desire.

Imo it wastes a good dmg slot for cyclone.
