wondering if projectile speed on weapons also apply to totem speed? |

I question the same thing....however it LOOKS like it doesn't but I just want someone to verify it.

it works on totems, just test it with freezing pulse n u'll see the difference

The sparks will NOT be cast faster (this does faster casting do) but the Sparks WILL travel faster. That is also why they have a 1% quality bonus of 3% projectile speed (60% at quality 20)
