Suggestion: How to make dual wielding work with all skills without excessive animation changes

Just an idea to throw out there @ GGG regarding proposed dual wield changes.

I've heard countless people say it isn't realistic to implement dual wielding for every skill because every animation for every skill would have to be changed.

Well, I've got your solution to that issue. You simply play two animations for every one attack: one with each weapon, at double the speed. If needed cut some frames out so it doesn't look all retarded. Would look pretty zergish, which is probably the feel GGG is going for with dual wielding anyways.

Now you've got the ability to have both weapons attack for all the melee skills and you aren't limited by extreme animation issues, and can make the changes and rebalance it as needed.

Bug Fixes:
People were using cyclone for actual melee builds, so we nerfed it and made blade vortex. Also, we went ahead and made cyclone great for CoC casters while we were at it.
