Power Siphon Problem

Hey guys,,i am a new player,a lvl 12 witch..i ' ve killed Brutus and i took the skill power siphon as a reward but i can't use it..(skill can't be used) i probably make somthing wrong , i don t know.. have any solutions ????? THANKS

You need to have a wand equipped.

power siphon skill only works with wands, are you using a wand ? only other thing I can think of is that you do not have enough intelligence to use it

don't choose power siphon as your main skill if you are new to POE.
That build is the most expensive build. later u will know it. |
