Recommend a game to new players

If you could recommend one game to a person who hasn't played it, what would it be?

If you haven't played (insert game here), you should definitely try it.

Can be p2p, f2p, or b2p. Doesn't matter.

I just started playing Allods Online a few days ago. It is a free to play MMORPG, which is a lot like WoW from what I've heard (never played WoW myself). If you have been interesting in WoW but didn't want to pay the subscription try it out! It is a lot of fun:)

Everyone should test out Realm of the mad god (RoTMG). It's co-op onlineshooter mmo with insta deatf. =D Have fun!

I know pretty much EVERYBODY has played this before, but I recommend Runescape. It's at least worth a try.

Dofus\Wakfu (wakfu in beta)

2 MMOs that are insanely different from any other I've played.

They both feature tactical turned based combat on grid-shaped battlefields. The art styles are fantastic as well. I've lost countless hours to Dofus (and even the wakfu beta)... so much that I had to stop playing :P
