From watching a number of his vids, he's mostly fair when it comes to accessing a game. But whether it's real world or online world, the gifts reviewers are given DO mess with a neutral non bias assessment of the product.

Actually krip is payed to play blizzard games in general, not just RoS. The stream revenues aside he recently got around $5000 or so for the streamer competition blizzard held in which he took out two firsts two seconds and a third prize. Source
Fairly big motivation to continue streaming blizzard games I would say, and if blizzard is willing to drop 45k on one competition then I am sure their marketing execs have figured out that streamers like kripp are fairly good sources of advertising and would be open to paying kripp or other high profile streamers a small income per hour of streamed blizzard content. Whether or not kripp is actually paid regularly to stream blizzard content is a matter of debate, however one only has to look at how much kripp streams these games as opposed to other games for an indication that this is probably the case.

If i would be a guy working at blizzard to increase advertisment and possible increase in consumership with the least possible amount of money ... what would i do... ORDERPIZZAFUCKTHISSHITRIGHT?

Blizzard dropping 45k is like me dropping a penny. They probably made more back from some sort of advertisement anyway.
