Twitch Failed to start server test

Hi, been trying to test the Path of Exile streaming service for a while now, but I just cant get it to work. I always simply get the Failed to Start Server Test error. Tried to move the Quality and Bitrate but it does not work.

Any suggestions?

Yep, I get this same message. Updated my graphics driver, no difference.

Please advise.
