PoE - Unable to connect to patching server.

Hello, I was usued to play PoE normaly, but today, when I opened the client a message appeard:

Unable to connect to patching server.

I've tried to reinstall but the same problem occured, my firewall is offline and my antivirus too. How do i fix it? I wanna play, really bad.
