Want to give someone a Weapon Effect - but I can't

So both me and my sister play PoE and she likes the Lavender effect, but she doesn't have a credit card. Thinking "that's fine, I'll just buy them myself and trade them to her", I bought 2 Lavender effects. I put them on some weapons ingame, engaged a trade, but I can't trade them to her, can't drop them to her either or move them from my micro transactions tab. So they are locked, which is kind of a bummer.

I'm not asking for it to be possible to trade Weapon Effects, I can imagine that going wrong for some people, but is there a way to move the 2 Lavender effects from my account to my sisters?

I think that contacting the support directly will be more effective.
