Framerate drop

I noticed rather weird thing: when I open chat by pressing enter button my framerate drops by half (from around 120 to 60) no matter when my character is. I have no idea if I'm the only one with this issue, but it seems to be really weird, that text with border influences it that much. Maybe there is something that can be fixed to improve overall game performance?

Sure, why not? But certainly not with the vast amount of information you are providing here.

I can't really understand how so many people in this forum post about technical problems they are having yet provide absolutely no details whatsoever about their system and the steps they might have already taken to solve the problem.

It's practically impossible to fix bugs if they or the circumstances surrounding them are described so vaguely or not at all. No one can find a bug that affects only certain people with certain systems/drivers if those users don't post about what exactly these systems/drivers are.

thalbr is right, need more information to provide any kind of help.
