Client side problem

I got disconnected multiple times trying to enter "Lower submerged passage". http://youtu.be/LMcVg003tuo Here is a video that it will be uploaded in 2 hours that I am showing the problem. I asked in general chat for admin or mod but no one was online. After 5 minutes I attempted to enter again the "Lower submerged passage" and this time it worked. Because this is not problem from my hardware or drivers there is nothing I can do but report this bug.
