FreezePulse Build 1.1

Hey, because of the elemental damage buffs i want to do a Crit Freeze Pulse Witch/Shadow build(which was my regular first Build in POE^^) in the new softcore league.
But the question is wheter CI or Life with Power Charges.
So i cant decide what to do?
(The Elemental Adaption Node is in every Build.)

1. CI

1.1 CI + Block/SpellBlock with RainbowStride + Rathpite Globe


1.2 CI + more Crit and Damage




2. Life

2.1 Life + Cloak of Defiance + maybe AA


2.2 Life + Cloak of Defiance + maybe AA + Vaal Pact


2.3 Life + Cloak of Defiance + Block/Spellblock with RainbowStride + Rathpite Globe

Im Planning on a similiar build. only difference im going dual curse(frostbite/crit weakness) and i plan on buying a Taryn's shiver staff
