Weapon Effect Question

Sorry if this is not the correct section, I did a fast check, and did not see a Q & A section.
So, I understand that I can use a weapon effect on all my characters, but if I buy one, I must reclaim it before placing the effect on another weapon. That said, my question is Does it cost to remove the effect from a weapon? If I want to go ranger, then try my Sword, then an axe, am I free to keep swapping, or is it like the weapon skin, where it costs to change? Thanks I wont always be a newbie...

You need to buy 2 of the same effect for dual wielding if you want it on both weapons.
Only supporter packs weapon effects work on both because you cant buy them individually. |
