Thank you, vampman05! But, my comment was a rhetorical one, a joke and meant to make a point.

Tramshed's comment was off-topic and not helpful to this thread. Also, his comment seemed to be an offensive insult in the form of "name calling" that is frowned on in these forums and could result in the offender being banned. Or, at the very least, put on probation.



Lordbean PM'd me recently to say that one of the developers liked this thread so much, they were considering having it stickied. Unfortunately, the GGG personnel that make these final decisions have not determined if the TCP Optimizer is an approved app.

Hopefully, they will approve it and it will eventually be stickied.

Remember, if you're connected via a router, the settings of that device, mtu, connection type etc., will also need to be considered.
Apologies for bumping this but i was wondering if i could set the settings back to default in case of issues.
