You won't find an amulet with better mods for Crown of Eyes builds. It's godly in terms of DPS but also increases much needed ES. You'll be hitting very hard with this but you'll also be getting that defense which is needed for a reliable build that performs well in every condition.
This amulet is double legacy, the current onyx amulet base can only roll +16 all attribute. It's also legacy because the critical multiplier mod can only roll 38% since patch 1.1.
