need good phys/crit dagger ST build! Paying 5exalts

Yeah so I want a good life/eva crit dagger spectral throw build. I'm currently level 94 using the ele buzzsaw build, but the dps basically caps out at 20k tooltip. If you come up with a build I deem viable I will pay you 5+ Exalts. I dont really enjoy theory crafting and going crit is expensive, I dont want to go a high dps build and die alot; also don't wanna go ES. Please comment or pm builds.
