Any Cyclone coc ek builds?

Are there any up to date guides of builds that use cyclone and coc to proc ek? I tried searching but couldnt find any and it doesnt have to be scion btw.

Can't use 3 ek's anymore as in the original build, so I use multistrike+fireball to do even more single target dmg than the original. But I've seen others 90+ guys using blood magic+fireball and doing a lot of dmg too.

I'm planning to release a guide soon just to keep the debates about this awesome build, but won't be so different than the others.
