How do I select portal effect after buying it?

I have default portal graphic, I'm doing regular areas.
Also, if I get it to work and buy more portal effects, how do I choose which one to use? Holding off on buying skill effects until portals work. |

Open your Microtransaction tab (M) and select the effect you want.
