Hacked? All my stuff is gone.

So I logged in tonight and found that most but not all of my items and runes were gone, and all of my runes from stash were gone. I have run a number of malware scans (found nothing), and I have never shared my account/password with anyone.

Is this related to the bug of other ppl getting logged in to other ppl's accounts?

I get that this is a beta and free, but loosing all of my progress like this is very discouraging.

Any help would be hot.
