Sometimes I need to relog after I move to a different map

It's really weird... Sometimes I enter the game and I don't see the bots, the entrances to other maps and other players as well. It can happen when I login and it can happen when I enter a different map. I have a friend playing the game and he has no problems at all.
Anyone else has this problem?

I am having the same problem since patch 0.10d and no i disconect frequently as well
