Hardcore Toon become Softcore after kick from server

I was playing on a Hardcore character then I get kicked and when I re logged it said my character is on the Normal League. It didn't even ask for a res if I died, and I didn't die, I was full health and had Energy Shield up too. Is there anything I can do? Can a mod revert it back to hardcare for me?
