puts it at 85-169

multiply by the phys %
low end tyrannical roll making it ((2.14 x 85)+85) and ((2.14 x 169)+169) for the damage range calc

for the dps calc
266 - 531dmg == (266+531)x1.4aps -> (558 x 20%) = 669.6 dps

and the high end tyrannical roll making it ((2.33 x 85)+85) and ((2.33 x 169)+169) for the damage range calc ((2.33 x 85)+85) and ((2.33 x 169)+169)

for the dps calc
283 - 562dmg == (283+562)x1.4aps -> (592 x 20%) = 710.4 dps
