Thanks for your support of Path of Exile. Looking at your WinMTR report here, you have 28% packet loss on a step on your connection to the game. Normal packet loss would be 1%-5%.

I would suggest trying a VPN to try and get rid of these connection issues. You can find a guide on how to do this here:

Sometimes changes to the game can trigger filtering software where previously it did not. It might be worth turning off any firewalls/internet filters if you have them to test this. Additionally, depending on your setup, it might be worth trying to plug your PC connection directly into the modem rather than any router, just to test if your router is in anyway contributing to the issue. (It's not a good idea to stay on the modem for too long however). If you're using wireless connection we strongly recommend trying a cable connection instead, as Path of Exile often has issues with wireless.
