player level for guild stash

the guild i joined and left afterwards never bothered getting tabs so i have a question:

what is the player level at which players can get into a guild and access the guild stash.

There is no player level requirement for guild stashtabs. Once you are a member of a guild that has stash tabs you will be able to access any tabs for which you have permissions.

Guild stash tabs are set on a on/off permission setting per each tab.

for example, this would be a tab for items general guild members have to request from an officer
officer view[x]/add[x]/remove[x]
guild member view[x]/add[x]/remove[]

so botters only need to invest 5$ into guild stash once to circumvent the "must be level 25 to trade"-rule?

afaik the only reason this discriminating rule exists is to prevent easy item exchange between bots.
which never made sense to me in the first place as it's much more easy and save to exchange items by throwing them on the ground and pick them up with another char.
