About Cast when damage taken gem
is it good to keep it lvl 1? to proc more often? |

It depends on what gem you are linking it to. It can only support gems lvled to a certain level, and needs to level up to support higher level gems.

If your character isn't casting a lot it can simply be you aren't taking much damage. But lvl 2 cwdt requires you recieve 490 damage I believe. So no clue why you aren't seeing it cast unless you have a high block build and even then
