Option to pre-load all assets?

My FPS is fine for the utmost majority of time, until packs spawn and similar things then I get some nasty frame-lag and I don't really feel confident progressing like that.

From what I've seen it seems to be related to the game not preloading all assets during a zone change, I had a look at production_config.ini but that one has a rather hefty case of "no options here boss"

Specs before people ask:

Intel i5 2500k @ stock
HD Radeon 6850 1GB GDDR5 @stock
Some Corsair SSD
Windows 8 Pro

I'm all for that, as long as the added load time doesn't cause deaths due to the character being in the instance while you're not in control yet.

That being said, I've never seen this happen with an almost identical system with 16GB memory. How much memory do you have?

Oh right, this system is running on 8 Gigabytes DDR3-1600 iirc

Ideally it'd pre-load the assets before putting you in the zone.

It could very well be something I overlooked in my system configuration, just felt like putting it out there
