problem with microtransaction goods

Hello, i bought a weapon effect the other day and I accidently sold it without reclaiming the effect. Is it now gone forever? If it is, that is a bit ridiculous. Is there any way to reclaim the effect without physically clicking the item in which it is applied to?

Pm the support then... it was said what to do when something like this happen.
