Vaal oversoul problem

Me and several others have been clueless as to what to do with this bug.
The bug is that I cannot complete act 2 due to the map not being reset and i cannot kill the boss.I can reset the cave by Ctrl+click the waypoint but as soon as i enter the pyramid map there are dozens of portals everywhere and peole WHO ARE NOT in my party.I have no idea what to do and it is annoying
