witch character problem

Hello,
i was playing with my witch Character, and everything was ok until i stoped dealing domage to the enemys.

At the beginning, when i change to CRUEL mode i thought that they have elemental ressist but then i switch to NORMAL mode and i still dont do damage to them.

I think that my character is bugged and i wondering if u can do something to help me.
(my character name is Somsa and im level 36)

Juste to be shure i logged in with another character and they were ok.

you certainly picked the ancestral bond passive and didn´t read the description properly^^

yes i have ancestral bond skill, but i dont use totem yet, because i dont have the spell totem gem.. i will take off this pasive skill, and i tell you back
