Error code 6851 during loadscreen

Yesterday i played POE normally. Today when turn the game on, during the load-screen, the window called "Exception" pop up and said

Unable to CreateFileMapping in MapFile.. Error Code 6851 Offset: 0 Size 0

Any idea how to fix it? Re-install game?

I would suspect you are running with low ram either physically or you are using a 32 bit OS, if you could post your Dxdiag

You are kidding, I do graphic stuff. My OS is Window 7 64bit, 12gb RAM.

This usually occurs when your game file runs out of ram, common on PCs with low ram or running 32bit versions of windows.

Well, it seems like a different issue. I đid try the -gc 2 solution anyways. Didnt work.

I found out where the problem is. It was my exFat SSD (where I install POE). Since my PC see it as a external drive so somehow it got a error 0x80071ac3.

I have a similar issue error code: 6851 during load screen.

I have tried whatever read/write on ssd but nothing seems to work.
