is haste broken???

there is no problem when i first time to turn it on. the dps goes up.

Yes, this issue has been identified. The Cast speed will be dropping off when you change zones whilst the Aura is active. |

Hi, there is an issue with the cast speed stat not working when players change an instance after running haste. We will be deploying a fix as soon as we can.

im getting this issue as well, it seems to only be the casting side of it, attack speed and run speed work fine
