Tempest Shield

I know this is not a bug, but when you use tempest shield, it is very frustrating that when you change zones it does not stay on, not sure if this is intentional or not but it is quite annoying. Apart from that great game and thank you very much!

In addition to this, I cannot even turn off my Tempest Shield. While other 'reserve mana' skills are toggle-able by pressing the appropriate hotkey again, Tempest Shield simply recasts itself on pressing the key.

I think you can deactivate it by right-clicking on symbol top left. Not ingame though, can't test it at the moment.
