"Maligaros spike" mission bug- the quest item still in the inventory

I have accomplished "Sharp and cruel" mission, but the quest item - Maligaros spike, is still in my inventory (i have also talked to Silk and was already rewarded by him).

Could you please remove the item from my inventory. Thanks so much in advance.


P.S.: "There will be bugs" and I don't care because the game is AWESOME!

EDIT: my mistake, its all fine with the quest and the item is ment to stay in the inventory for later. The game is amazing and i have experienced no bugs so far.
