Deal with the Bandits - Oak missing

I was doing the quest "Deal with the Bandits" while in a party. I had killed of the bandits already. I chose to save him and my party member chose to kill him. After the fight he just chilled their. I left and killed the other bandit at this time. While doing that my party member went back and killed Oak. Now when I go there he is not there and I cannot complete the quest. I have been unable to even reset that area. Either by switching toons/logging out/leaving party/having someone else make a party. So as of right now I am not able to complete this quest. Which seems to have me stuck in a dead zone for progressing the game. Any help on this would be fantastic.

I had my answer solved by looking at another random post. I did not realize to reset an instance all you have to do is ctrl-click on the entrance to said subzone. Nifty feature. Thanks random poster for helping me out.
