Flasks not working sometimes

For some time now, flasks have not worked 100% of the time as they should. When I hit my flask key, the sound plays, but nothing happens. It does not lose charges, and I do not get the benefit of them. It's hard to reproduce, but might happen when monsters die at the same time that the flask is attempted to be used. I've noticed it for both mana and health flasks so far, and is definitely not a case of using/losing the gained mana/health immediately after hitting the flask - it just doesn't give the benefit to begin with. Has been an issue for several months now.

I concur, I've had this happen a fair few times in the Slums in Act 3 (and possibly in other places) where I'll use a Flask and the client will say it has been used (Flask capacity will be reduced) but my health never increases.

Tends to happen when bursts of network lag are experienced in the game.

-Holding Alt, Shift, or Ctrl while using flasks does not activate the flasks.

I don't use any of those keys during gameplay anyway. I think this is different to what you're experiencing because my flask charges do not decrease. The sound plays but nothing happens.

There is a known issue that has to do with lost packets. it is most noticible on flasks because of the sound that plays but affects other skills as well.
