Is the netcode to this game really this bad, or is just me?

Ever since I started, I've been getting massive amounts of netcode errors. Enemies not getting hit when I attack them, enemies getting hit a full second after I attack them, enemies teleporting around or teleporting when they die, enemies attacking me in melee from across the screen...

Is there some specific error going on here, or is the game's netcode just this bad? My ping is only around 100-200, and I have tried both the Singapore server and the US server. I didn't really mind it so much in normal mode where enemies would barely ding your health, but now I'm in cruel mode and some enemies are taking 25% of my health with their attacks, and I'm often ending up dead because I am unable to kill the enemy that is hitting me, or because the enemy continues to attack me even though I've put a full screen between us.

I'm getting killed by enemies across the screen hitting me with melee attacks! Anybody else having this problem?
