Scepter of God resets

You know people who make a party for dominus kills...and don't delete the party after he's killed...well, when you enter their instance, it saves it for you.

To reset Dominus you need to reset the Upper Sceptre of God (at the 1st staircase from Sceptre to Upper Sceptre) resetting Sceptre of God from the main door won't reset Upper/Dominus.
