Problem using jeworbs on Quill Rain

Hi, i dont know what but I cant use jeworbs on this quill rain

but on this one it works

any explanation ? I dont think its mirrored since its from a friend that got it as a drop few months ago, and since i made a crit ek ranger he gave it to me.

(i can use fusion orbs on it but not jeworbs)

It already has the maximum number of sockets an item of its Item Level can get.

they find/trade for a higher "item level" quill rain.

side note: "jeworbs" is quite frowned upon and shouldn't be used. Use Jorbs or jeweller orbs and you're not potentially "insulting" an entire group of ppl. Just a thought
