Really low FPS after OB-launch (I can play BF3 on High/Ultra w/o any lag).

In CB I was always at a steady 50+ FPS. Now I'm around 15-20 FPS at all times, and it spikes down to 0-10 more often than it doesn't. The game is totally unplayable for me. I have reinstalled the game, I have checked if my computer has loose components, I have checked drivers, I have done everything.. Why isn't this working properly for me?

Getting really annoyed, looked forward to this so much. And I cant play the game at all. Main focus is hardcore, and playing hardcore with spikes every two seconds and 15 FPS is just death itself.
