my frog disappeared.

just bought a frog used 50 points in shop.
when i tried it out in game, the game d/c and kick me back to sigiin scree.
when i come back my frog is gone.

i suppose the pet frog is for one-time use only??
why i can't find the frog in my microtransaction bin in game??
nothing there !? oh mine.

help please??
