Loading screen bug

Hello,

So I have a problem almost everytime I'm on a loading screen (like 70& of the times I'm on the loading screen). The problem is that I enter an instance and it just sits on the loading screen for more than 5-6 mins and it doesn't load. Once, I kept it alwhile and it was still loading after 15 minutes. I hope someone have a solution. Thanks in advance!
